Meet LaToya R. Ntlabati, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive training and experience in treating patients with psychiatric disorders of all ages. Her practice specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, ADHD, and PTSD, among others, and she emphasizes evidence-based, holistic, and comprehensive care that addresses the mind, body, and spiritual connection. LaToya's passion for nursing started when she accompanied her grandmother to work, and she developed a heart for the sick. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, she joined the US Navy as a Nurse Corps Officer, where she discovered the importance of bridging the gaps in medical and mental health care. To pursue further education, LaToya obtained a Master of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Virginia Commonwealth University.
LaToya's interests include integrative medicine, neuroscience, substance abuse, and trauma. She enjoys traveling, cooking, writing, and recording for her podcast. LaToya currently resides in Virginia with her husband and three children.
