Adolescents & Teens
Adolescents & Teens
Thoughtful psychiatric care for teens ages 13 and older, with room to talk openly, ask questions, and plan next steps together as a family.

Growing Up Well
Practical conversations and early support can help teens and families navigate safety, mental health, and the pressures of growing up.

Social Media Safety
Talk about privacy, cyberbullying, and what to do when a post or message feels unsafe. Make a family media plan together.

Eating Concerns
Changes in eating, exercise, weight concerns, or body image deserve a caring conversation and timely assessment. We can help connect families with specialized care.

Warning Signs
Notice new or worsening changes in mood, sleep, school, friendships, or behavior. Ask directly how your teen is feeling and seek support early.

Violence Prevention
Take threats, bullying, and sudden aggression seriously. Keep communication open, address access to weapons, and seek urgent help when safety is at risk.

Suicide Prevention
Take talk of suicide seriously. Stay with a teen in immediate danger and call 911. For confidential crisis support, call or text 988 anytime.

Cannabis & Mental Health
Cannabis use during adolescence is linked with higher risk of psychosis, including schizophrenia. Risk is stronger with earlier and more frequent use. Talk openly and ask for help if symptoms appear.

For teens
You deserve a place to talk openly about what feels hard, from stress and mood to attention, sleep, or relationships. We work with you and your family to understand what is happening and consider care options together.
For parents and caregivers
Changes in sleep, mood, school, friendships, or behavior can be hard to interpret. We listen to your concerns, include your teen in the conversation, and discuss next steps that fit your family.
