You've served. Let us serve you.
Veterans & Service Members
Your service and experiences deserve to be heard. We offer thoughtful psychiatric care for veterans and service members, with individualized support for trauma, mood, anxiety, sleep, and the changes that can follow military life.

Care after service
As a Navy veteran and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, LaToya R. Ntlabati, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC understands that service can shape health in complex ways. We offer evaluation and medication management for concerns such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and sleep, with a plan built around your goals.
Records & Nexus letters
We offer medical record review and, when clinically appropriate, independent nexus letters for veterans documenting a possible connection between a mental health condition and military service. Each request is evaluated individually; a letter or benefits outcome cannot be guaranteed. Contact our office to discuss scope, fees, and payment options before work begins.
