Tools for Everyday Wellness

Meet LaToya R. Ntlabati, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. I began my medical career as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer in the US Navy after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I received a Master of Science in Nursing – Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Some of my practice specialties include (but are not limited to) Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice. I focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

In a safe environment and tailored approach, patients will walk away with a greater understanding of root causes and feel empowered for change. For your start to a sound mind and journey to wellness, let's start now.
